Botanikanya – 7-Day Refund & Return Policy
1. Eligibility
• Customers may request a return or refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.
• Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
• Opened or used products cannot be refunded due to health and safety standards.
2. Non-Refundable Items
• Customized or personalized items.
• Gift cards, vouchers, or promotional items.
• Clearance or final-sale products.
3. Process for Refund/Return
1. Contact our Customer Care team at [insert email / LINE OA / phone] within 7 days.
2. Provide order number + proof of purchase.
3. Once approved, return the product(s) to our designated address.
4. Refund will be issued within 7–14 business days after the returned product is inspected.
4. Refund Method
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).
5. Exchange Option
• Customers may choose an exchange instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
นโยบายการคืนสินค้าและขอเงินคืน 7 วัน (Botanikanya)
1. เงื่อนไขการคืนสินค้า
• ลูกค้าสามารถขอคืนหรือขอเงินคืนได้ภายใน 7 วัน นับจากวันที่ซื้อสินค้า
• สินค้าต้องอยู่ในสภาพ สมบูรณ์ ไม่ถูกเปิดใช้ และอยู่ในบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิม
• สินค้าที่ถูกเปิดใช้แล้ว ไม่สามารถคืนหรือขอเงินคืนได้ เนื่องจากมาตรฐานด้านสุขอนามัย
2. สินค้าที่ไม่สามารถคืนหรือขอเงินคืนได้
• สินค้าที่สั่งทำพิเศษหรือสั่งผลิตเฉพาะบุคคล
• บัตรกำนัล คูปอง หรือสินค้าที่ได้จากโปรโมชั่น
• สินค้าเคลียร์สต๊อกหรือสินค้าลดล้างสต๊อก
3. ขั้นตอนการคืนสินค้า/ขอเงินคืน
1. ติดต่อฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า [อีเมล / LINE OA / โทรศัพท์] ภายใน 7 วัน
2. แจ้ง เลขที่คำสั่งซื้อ และหลักฐานการซื้อ
3. เมื่อได้รับการอนุมัติ ส่งสินค้าคืนมายังที่อยู่ที่กำหนด
4. การคืนเงินจะดำเนินการภายใน 7–14 วันทำการ หลังจากตรวจสอบสินค้า
4. วิธีการคืนเงิน
• คืนเงินผ่านช่องทางการชำระเงินเดิม
• ค่าจัดส่ง ไม่สามารถคืนได้ ยกเว้นกรณีส่งสินค้าผิดหรือสินค้ามีปัญหาจากทางบริษัท
5. การเปลี่ยนสินค้า
• ลูกค้าสามารถขอ เปลี่ยนสินค้า แทนการคืนเงินได้ ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับจำนวนสินค้าในสต๊อก
